HomeLife has a discounted rate with Canada Post for Neighbourhood Mail (previously called Unaddressed / bulk mail)
ALL THE DETAILS:
Our rate is 12.5 cents per piece. This rate does not include tax or a .01 cent per piece transportation charge which is applied if your mailing is dropped at a depot that must transport it to the delivery depot.
Staples offers a drop off option ($7 flat fee charge) if you print your mailer with them, they will drop it off at Canada Post for you.
The flyer or postcard must be delivered to the whole postal walk. You cannot target just one street or strata complex.
You can exclude segments of a mail walk if you wish. ie: you can choose to deliver to all the condos but not the houses / townhouses ... or vice versa.
Canada Post considers houses / townhouses as one segment and condos as another. CP does not divide strata the same way realtors do.
Businesses and/or farms are the other segment portions you can choose if you wish.
This is the link to determine which postal route(s) you want to send to. Colleen or Madison can also help you determine which routes cover your targeted area.
Colleen or Madison will do the Canada Post forms for you or you can log into the office website and follow the link to the EST software to do them yourself if you wish.
